Her story
Born and raised on the North Shore, Behnoush represents buyers, sellers and investors across West Vancouver, North Vancouver, Downtown and the Westside.
She has worked in luxury real estate since 2014, including with Sotheby's International Realty Canada. Before that she spent seven years as a top producer for an international luxury interior design firm, which gave her a rare eye for quality, architecture and potential.
She is known for excellent negotiation and tightly written contracts. Her Concierge List connects clients with tried and true professionals long after the sale, and she guides corporate and international clients relocating to and from Vancouver, in English, French and Farsi.
My years in interiors taught me to look at homes differently. Real estate taught me that the right decision is as much about people, timing and judgment. That is how I approach every client and every home.
